Rav4 3 - clutch problem

I have problem with rav4 2011:

- the clutch is quite hard and it pushes to the floor
- while driving, when the gas pedal is released and we continue to drive, the vehicle can choke for a moment, does not lose speed in a smooth way
- when shifting gears, after releasing the gas pedal and pressing the clutch, the revolutions go up

Are you new to the car?  There may be nothing wrong with the clutch - they are all different between models and makes.

The second problem could have many causes.  Perhaps the EGR needs cleaning, or perhaps the spark plugs need cleaning/replacing.  You haven't even said whether your car is petrol or diesel.

That is quite normal with many manual cars - it helps with changing gear.  Usually, the elevated revs reduce after a short time, if you do not re-engage the clutch.
