Got fuel pump

Does anyone out there how to replace the fuel pump on my 1989 Celica 2000gti st162 it’s not under back seat only the sender is in cut out above tank . I thick it is further back but how do you replace it or even check it.

Is the fuel pump bad ? Any fuel to the rail ? Any fuel to the filter in the engine bay ? Power to the pump ? Power to the fuel relay ?

Do you have any pictures ?

Edit. It looks like you have to drop the tank

No fuel reaching filter in bay  seem to have power to what I think is pump feed under seat next to sender unit I assume tank is behind that

Forgot to say car have just come out of a garage after Nearly twenty years after death of owner 33 000 miles .has not been run for approx10 years or more.
