X-Touch Software Update?

out of interest, what is the latest version for x-touch

just got a 2017 with the following versions:
Audio: 0840
O/S:0621

Hi flash22,

my problem, all is working but USB port (no charging/no USB-stick/no AA)! Cable was working with 86140-0H010.

Could a reset solve this (not yet done - just put the old one aut and the new one in)?

Environment:
Aygo X-Pose 2017
old >  86140-0H010 without navi
new >86140-VY010 /8.11/8.10/8.17

Update "18PPDAEU-EA00_0819_D.avh" is just in my hands, but without USB-port.....

Bestaat er een radio software-update voor een aygo 2017? model-ID : 18PPDAEU-EA00. Hardwarenr 86140-YV010.

bluetooth werkt niet goed.                Nu op de radio .... Audio : 8.14, Besturingssysteem1 : 8.34, Besturingssysteem 2 8.59.

PS: searched a lot, but here's the place to be!

Go into the hidden service menu as run a function check make sure you have a USB stick plugged in (PC formatted in fat32 with a few mp3s on it)

Mk2 Aygo hidden service menu

Turn the ignition on - Press and hold the bottom physical button, Turn the headlights on and off 3 times

 

i have come across a few like this they usually have power but no data or neither - these units come up on the likes of eBay and marketplace (usually from main dealers where they are swapped out, then the old units are binned or go home with the staff)

USB does not show up in the hidden menu nor starts working/charging, in the selection menu it remains greyed out. Thus i suppose i have the version "neither". I will send it back to the seller.

My bluetooth has a bug which means that audio plays on my phone and not on the radio for a few minutes.

Hello folks, can someone with an iPhone confirm that voice calls work fine when using CarPlay? Everyone can hear each other?

When using Android Auto I cannot hear caller's voice at all (with 3 different phones and 6 cables; and a bunch of other people on the forums have the same problem too I see) I was thinking about switching from Android to iPhone and I'm curious.

I recently bought a 3 button unit to update the basic radio on an Aygo.

I bought a used 86140-YV010 unit,connected all cables and all working fine expect for the following thing that happens :

When i start the car screen comes on but no sound from radio is heard...if i swich off and then on the car it works fine.

Is there any fix or known issue for this.

Hi flash22 !

Would you please send me the latest Firmware for my Head Unit? When I connect my iPhone to the USB-Port the whole unit shuts down after about 10 seconds and I have to press the power button for several seconds to restart the system. Then it happens all over again...

That is a current version, there are known issues with iOS 17 and Carplay

Try,

Make sure your phone is fully charged

New cable (Anker or Belkin) Mfi certified

Disable bluetooth

I’ve just bought a 2nd hand Aygo 2015. does anyone have the 850 firmware update for 86140-0H020 please? Also, any ideas for a DAB and GPS that’s easy to install? Is it worth getting a separate CarPlay usb box? Many thanks

updates are just fixes they do not add any features

its not worth adding to the x-touch, either go with a 86140-YV020 or go aftermarket with something like a pioneer DA250DAB or DA360DAB

 

ps. 86140-0H020 should have DAB - Blue socket on the rear

@flash22 Can you send me a PM for firmware? I'm having real issue with Apple carPlay. Just installed the 3-button 86140-YV020 update into my Aygo, and Car Play was working for about 2-3 days and then it just started doing what everyone else's has - black screening and waking up after 30 seconds to do it all over again. Here is my current software update info.

Operating System 1: 8.10
Operating System 1: 8.17
