@flash22 i have the same problem as described many times here... When i get a incoming call it will go to my phone speaker instead of the car audio. Can you sent me the update?

My current version is: 

Audio: 8.10

Operating system 1: 8.10

Operating system 2: 8.14

Hi all,

The following error occurs while plugging my phone with USB to the system: "USB-Device is not compatible". I can't use Android Auto this way.  I have not tested an iPhone yet.

Does someone know what to do?

That is a current version, try another cable and make sure the app on the phone is up to date i assume you have set up the connection correctly

Hmm so far I have tried it with multiple cables but it still doesn't work. The app is up to date. My phone is old though, it's a oneplus 6t. Anymore tips?

you need to set the connection type on your phone if not try going into developer mode and turn on USB debugging

So I managed to find the solution to my problem. The previous owner installed this 3 button headunit, however he didn't do it well. So I took the radio out and plugged it like it is stated below in the picture. Now it is working well!

That will do it, the x-nax is not compatible with the triple play

Hi! i have an aygo 2015. My id software are: 13TPDAEU-EA01. I read that I have to do a 2-step update. But I couldn't find the files to put on the flash drive to update the radio system. Could someone send me the files to use? Thank you

what software version do you have? anything above 810 is a one-step update - 850/0850 is the last update
