I'm having an odd issue when I connect my iPhone, the sounds down to zero and the multimedia becomes unresponsive completely. The screen comes back after 10 minutes. I thought that could be a firmware issue.

Furthermore, I already tried to disconnect BLE, using an original iPhone cable. Do you have any recommendation worth to try?

Morning all- this seems the running software thread so hoping someone can help! 
 

installed a 3 button into my 2018 aygo a few days ago and CarPlay keeps crashing/the entire unit becomes unresponsive randomly. Screen remains on but you cannot change mode/into reversing camera. Is there a software update for the unit? Photo attached! Thanks in advance ☺️

make sure the phone is fully up to date, fully charged, and use a decent cable like an Anker

if you have the x-nav, sat nav in the glove box you will need an updated SD card for it

The updates do not add any features, you will need 3 button tripleplay radio for AA/ACP (86140-YV020)

I will pm you the update for the x-touch you have now (fixes a few known issues)

Hi. I just bought a Toyota Aygo from 2017, and finally I found a place where somebody knows about updating the information system. 

I have the 86140-0h010 model.

I am thinking of getting the 3 button triple play radio as want to be able to use CarPlay . Is it just a case of unplugging the old one and replacing it with the tripleplay and will reverse  camera still work the same

yes plug and play if you are coming from the xtouch (2 button), the TriplePlay has its own thread
