Thanks @flash22,

I'm having an odd issue when I connect my iPhone, the sounds down to zero and the multimedia becomes unresponsive completely. The screen comes back after 10 minutes. I thought that could be a firmware issue.

Furthermore, I already tried to disconnect BLE, using an original iPhone cable. Do you have any recommendation worth to try?

Morning all- this seems the running software thread so hoping someone can help! 
 

installed a 3 button into my 2018 aygo a few days ago and CarPlay keeps crashing/the entire unit becomes unresponsive randomly. Screen remains on but you cannot change mode/into reversing camera. Is there a software update for the unit? Photo attached! Thanks in advance ☺️

make sure the phone is fully up to date, fully charged, and use a decent cable like an Anker
