Hi everyone,

My girlfriend has a 2018 Aygo. I attach a photo of the system version.

 

It happens sometimes (1 out of 3/4 times) that, when the phone connects to the system via bluetooth, the car audio output disappears without any reason. Changing the volume I can see it increasing/decreasing on display but output keeps off.

During a call, the call receiver can hear everything but I don't.

 

Holding the system power button for 10 sec, it reebots and then it works correctly.

 

This issue appears only when the bluetooth connects.

 

Toyota Service suggests to change all the system....for 1200€!!!!

 

Can an update fix this?

In case, can you send it?

Just noticed this thread, as well as another one with a similar topic which I have also posted in (sorry for double posting). I currently own a 86140-YV020 with 8.10, 8.10 and 8.14 and was wondering if I could receive the latest update for this radio? Thanks in advance. 🙂
