Hi , I've been trying to update my radio with 18PPDAEU-EA01_0860_D.avh but when installed on a USB device does not highlight to update software any ideas ? Does the USB have to be a certain size or format ? Currently on 0840 Op 0621 . Citroen C1 Hard 86140-0H020 Model 13TPDAEU-EA01 Thanks in advance

Formatted fat32 or exfat and no bigger than 64gb

Hi everyone, 

Scrolled through the internet and it looks that most knowledge is here 🙂 

I recently bought a Toyota Aygo, manufacturing year 2019 and assumed that Apple Car Play would be available on this model but apparently it is not. Is there any way to have that installed through a software update as I have the impression that it should be possible on this type of radio. See details below..

Any help is appreciated.

That is the Aygo triple play (3 button without DAB) yes it's the AA/AC radio

AA/AC is over USB on these units

First off, does the USB port work ?  Try it with a USB stick with some MP3's on it

Just tried a USB stick and indeed it plays the MP3's.

ok that shows the USB port is working, set it up as per the manual above and make sure you have the app installed on the phone

Make sure you have a decent cable (Apple ones are built cheaply but cost a fortune)

Just an update to my previous post.

I flashed the new firmware this  morning & my head unit now works fine with Android Auto on my Pixel 7 phone.

The issue I was having was the person I was phoning couldn't hear me when hooked up using Android Auto. Using bluetooth it was fine.

8.10 on a 2020 is odd, it should have been 8.12 or 8.14 from factory
