E10 petrol for hybrid engine, or not?

What's worse is the clearing of forests to grow the crops that they use to make the E10 - just utterly idiotic.

Reducing our carbon output in time to prevent extreme climate change is not possible without genocide, as every living being contributes to CO2 output.

I think at this point we should be putting effort into coping with the climate change and trying to balance the carbon cycle by taking more CO2 out of the atmosphere - i.e. plant a shedload of fast-growing trees, cut them down when they get big enough, plant more! Deforestation is not going to help with this.

Heck we're still trying to stop the government selling off the London greenbelt (Without success) to housing developers - They should be making them develop on existing brownfield sites instead!

This talk of carbon sequestering is just a waste of energy - We already have the most efficient mechanism to soak up atmospheric carbon - Plants! Just add sunlight (And water)
