Toyota voxy changing a battery.

Hello I'm wondering if anyone can advice. I'm new to these imports so struggling a little. I may need to change my Battery on my Toyota voxy, but my partner has informed me by doing so it could wipe out all my audio screen, which was changed in 2018 to a British model. However I don't have the details for this. So I'm unsure what I need to do.

You could use a 12v memory saver attached to a slave Battery (with crocodile clips)..your local garage would probably be able to rig something up so that you keep any settings intact whilst you change the Battery

To ensure power remains to the head unit simply connect an existing and charged Battery to the cables before disconnecting the old Battery.

What radio do you have, is it a sat nav ?

that looks like the wrong Battery (too large)

I’ve been able to keep radio settings saved by changing the Battery while the car is running, although that was on a FIAT so I’m not sure if the principle would transfer across
