Spark is good. Fuel is good. Fuel pump good. Check all relays and still Not sure why the corolla is not idling but almost sounds like it stalls instantly. I did find a blown fuse (EFI) but replaced that

Fires and then dies, or just doesn't fire?

That EFI fuse was blown for a reason. Could you have caused it to happen while you were doing your checks, or do you have an electrical fault lurking somewhere?

Fires then dies it won't start idling

I replaced the EFI fuse and that got the car originally to crank but it turns over and will die instantly

Have you pulled the codes ? eml light on ? What is the fuel pressure reading ? It may have static fuel pressure  but as soon as it cranks the pressure drops = fuel pump or FPR

Like Bob says, it sounds like a fuelling problem, but just seeing fuel at the rail is not an adequate test for a fuel injection engine, you need to have the right pressure, probably 30-50Psi or something close for port injectors.

Other things to consider are air leaks and if the ECU is getting the correct data from the sensors to know how much fuel it should add - coolant temperature and mass air flow are most important. You could try it with the MAF sensor unplugged just to see if that  gets it running, but what you really need is some sort of scan tool that can show live data. Another basic test to check if it's fuel related is spraying starting fluid into the air intake. If that gets it running for a couple of seconds then your problem is fuel starvation.
