FM Bluetooth Transmitter for cigarette lighter socket

Hi,

I'd like to add bluetooth to my iQ to make phone calls.  I've been looking at transmitters that plug into the cigarette lighter socket.  I'm not sure if any of these  will fit because of the angle.  Has anyone used one of these?  Do they work?  I've seen reviews that suggest they are good for listening to music but not for calls.

Installed a Pure Highway 400 myself, little more work but can be installed within 30 minutes. 

Pro; DAB+ radio by FM or with AUX to your existing system and BT connection for music media Spotify and so on. Perfect receiving of DAB and good BT connections.

Con; a window aerial/antenna.... Although it's not huge in your face and working perfect. 

The Pure Highway 600 also telephone ability and is including microphone.
