Fog, Low-beam and High-beam Lamp

My vehicle is 2009 Estima Hybrid.  I observed that the current lamps are not of sufficient power, I would like to change all the current lamps.  Could you advice the specification and power rating of the original model/lamp and the suggested replacement model, please.

Fog Lamp : Halogen H11 (original power rating ?) ==> change and/or upgrade to LED H11 ?

Low-beam Lamp : HID D4S (original power rating ?) ==> exchange and/or upgrade higher power ?

Be careful upgrading headlamps as the UK MOT has strict rules about this.

im sure somebody who has the right knowledge will respond soon. I’m surprised the HID isn’t bright enough though. Is the lens cloudy?

I agree.....my HIDs are really good..and I've never used a fog lamp in the nearly 6 years I've had my Esti.
