I checked it and with the same tires that toyota prescribes (Bridgestone LM005) it's more than a 1000 euro cheaper.

I don't know anything regarding the quality of the wheels Alutec?

On my carina emerald years ago (now it's already my third toyota), my wheels were from oz.

Me neither ... I'm not making any recommendation - just indicating that there are alternatives to paying Toyota prices. The Blizzaks are about the same price as the WinterContacts in the UK.

Also, you enquired about a set of winter wheels ... you might also have the option of simply fitting cold weather tyres to your existing rims? ... or even fitting all season tyres?
