2006 Rav-4 Head Gasket Help

The head gasket has failed on my 2006 Toyota Rav-4 2.2 diesel, the car has covered some 90,000 miles. It would appear its an engine out job so my questions are.

While the engine is out is there any other jobs we should be doing? .

Can anybody recommended a mechanic in Staffordshire I can obtain a price from?

Is it definitely a engine out job?

I had a rav4 T180 and as far as I can remember looking at the top of the engine it looked  like the engine doesn’t need to come out.

if you find out that the engine has to come out I would certainly consider renewing the clutch unless of course it’s a auto.

as regards a good mechanic go on to the good garage scheme website and put your postcode in.
