Pre heating conection hiace 2.2 diésel 1983

Hi guys!

Just wondering if anyone can help me get rid of a doubt I have regarding the conection of the preheating wiring on my toyota hiace 2.2 diésel (L engine)...

I've just done a overhaul on the engine and because I've waited quite some time on parts ect with the rebuild I ran into a wire conection of witch I'm not 100% sure how it has to go, probably easy as but I just can't figure it out... 

Where the bridge of the pre heating connector is placed, with rubbers on the intake manifold to isolate it from ground, there's another wire coming in... does this has to go with the bridge or instead underneath to give it earth?

Hopefully someone here can help me out 🙂
