Has anyone find difficulties to refuel his car recently

E10 reduce CO in some degrees but increase other polutants like  NOx, Acetyldehide, Ozone, etc. We need to empty the Lawn mower or small boat engines fuel tank when we store it in winter because it corrodes the carburetor. 

It helps drying the fuel tank on the gas stations, but often layers of water and alcohol forms at the bottom of the tank if the stations has less costumers. 

In my opinion, ethanol blends was introduced because of crude oil price got really high in 2005-2008, >$100 per barrel when EPA introduce it. Besides that, it was a part of subsidies for massive corn productions in the USA.  That's why European country adopted it much later.
