Which 18 tire to get?

My 2021 XSE has the stock Michelin primacy a/s from the factory. I currently need to replace one because of a large screw that punctured it. I want to get an all-terrain tire (at3 4s, yoko geolandar at G105, etc) on all four of them eventually, but is it wise to replace just one tire with an all-terrain while the rest are all season? If not, what all-season tire should I get? There is no way I can afford to replace all 4 right now.

Sizes on the XSE are 225/60 R18

This is a UK forum - I guess that you are in the US? Ideally you'd want the same pattern of tyre on all four wheels - you really must have the same pattern of tyre on any axle. So, 'no', it's very unwise to replace just one tyre with an all terrain pattern.

The best single tyre replacement would be whatever is on the other three wheels - so Michelin Primacy. Over here we would describe that as a summer tyre - it's really not an all season tyre - but things seem to be described differently over there. I don't think that many of us would fit all terrain tyres ... others may think differently.

If you want to switch away from Primacy then you could consider replacing two now and two later - but better to save up, wear them out and replace all four together.
