You now know you have a hybrid vehicle. Toyota hybrid vehicles have a very large Battery hidden somewhere (not something a non Toyota person needs to touch, it’s high voltage). In the centre of the Speedo, is it the two icons you are wondering what they are? The one on the right depicting a Battery may well be an indicator of how much charge is in the hybrid Battery. When you drive the vehicle, have you noticed what that symbol does? Do the bars sometimes slowly go down or slowly go up? If so that is definitely an indicator of hybrid battery charge. The symbol on the left, what does that do when driving? Does it revolve, and possibly show arrows going to (or from) the battery icon? I am thinking it is a visual indicator of charge going into the hybrid battery, of an indication of power going from the hybrid battery to the wheel.
This is my educated guess, never been in a Estima, it really is a guess.

ps.  I only could see one photo.

Symbols on the right

Top Left - Running System - shows the input and output of the engine and motor (hybrid power gauge)

Top Middle - Air conditioning - show the power the A/C is using

Top Right - electric - shows the use of all other electrical system

Thanks for info on hybrid Battery location and video re removal. What a pain in the backside that is, but there again, probably best place available.

Appreciate this post is a little old but I dragged the Japanese PDF file through a converter and have an English version here. It's AI generated so would translate literally, but for the most part it's pretty good!

Hope others find it useful
