Heavy steering 2008 Yaris

Hi all,

I've got a 2008 Yaris 1.3 Petrol approx just under 48K mileage. I've noticed the steering seems to be heavier/stiffer than normal. Seemed to change as soon as the weather has got colder. I've checked all fluids and they are fine. Any clues as to what it can be or what to check next?
