Crash sensor

I have an 08 avensis that the left hand crash sensor has brought up the warning light. Toyota don't stock the sensor anymore. 

Do I have to get a replacement with a corresponding part number or what will fit please?

Hi how did you get on with this.

I need mine replaced too.

My part number is 89174-05020 and struggling to source part so was wondering if 89834-05020. Both look identical
