P062D is s known issue with two separate TSB from Toyota:

EG-0090T-1011 EN Not possible to start the engine due to EDU failure - DTC P062D and/or P1604. fix is a new modified EDU

EG-0024T-0212 EN Loss of engine power and MIL ON due to fuel injector failure - DTC P062DMIL ON. Fix is to check the individual injector feedback if they are greater than 3.0mm3 then replace the affected injector, if all the injectors are within 3.0mm3 replace all 4 injectors.

Where the recently fitted injectors, new/used genuine or pattern parts as Denso modified the injectors to fix the second TSB, to determine if you already have modified injectors you need to check the injectors for a date code 06N or higher see pic

i had a few P062D errors a few weeks ago. having checked the injector values  and found them not above +- 1mm3 i decided nothing is wrong, and i dont have to change ALL the injectors for about 2500 USD +Labour. so i checked the wiring harness, cleaning the electric coupling of the injectors, bought 2 cans of injector cleaning additive and it seems to run fine.  no more error. finger crossed.
