Stuck trying to update touch&go map on auris 2013

Hi All,

Today I tried to download a map update for my 2013 auris hybrid that has touch&go installed.  I was able to download the software from https://www.toyota-tech.eu/Navigation/Base/ModelEvaluation (L20200908  (2020Q2 data)) also known as PZ490-EL330-00 and create the usb stick. After transferring to car and initiating update I generated the request code and got as far as needing to enter a license key ... that I do not have.  For the life of me I could not figure out how to buy the license key to support this upgrade. Please can anyone offer help?

The last time I did a map update I used toyota toolbox and purchased the map update through that system. However I understand that system was ended in 2020.  So now I'm stuck with 2016 maps, and find myself frequently driving "off road"

Thanks for any advice.

If you have the code, on the website you will see a red next button at the top right

follow the instructions

Edit. you need to purchase a licence key card (PZ490-EL330-00) or purchase map care or a map update from My Toyota - estore

From the dealer manual

After entering the request code, you need to enter the licence code found on the licence key card. In case of Map Care or Latest Map Guarantee (see Appendix B), the system will skip this step.
Enter here the licence key that can be found on the licence key card.

Option 3: Paid update
If Latest Map Guarantee or Map Care do not apply, the update is payable. A licence key card will be required to activate the update.

I bought the code from eBay for less than £40. Many seller will ask your unique code and send that to them with the keys for it.
