Hi Brenda and welcome to Toyota Owners Club.

This forum is completely independent of Toyota UK cars, it is very unlikely anyone from Toyota visits the site and certainly in the 7 years I have been a member I have never seen any input from Toyota. SO it’s very unlikely your concern will be seen and acted on by Toyota. You could approach Customer Service on Toyota.co.uk web site.

if you looking for car recovery service, at home or on the road, I personally can recommend Start Rescue. Low cost but good service.

The number is deffo the best place to get hold of them - I find mornings tend to have the least long waiting times whenever I've tried! When you do get through they're usually very helpful.

I always have to ring them to renew to get the 2nd car discount!
