Question about service

I have a question about servicing.  16 plates; about 28000 miles.
I bought the car 1 year ago and it is due to the service. When I spoke with the dealership they insist that I have to do full service because there are only 3 stamps in the service book. When checking via the website there is information that I have to do interim service.

Do you think I really have to do Full service now ?? (or they just want it)

The problem is I bought the extended warranty, so I have to use a dealership for the service.
I calculated everything in advance: the price of Prius on PCP with car allowance vs company car....

The result is:
I paid for the Extended warranty but now it is for free with each service....
They want me to do a different service that shows on the website....(I took price from the website during budgeting)
Toyota also changed rules for 5+ club - so services are not at the price that I took to account.

Any comments help be appreciated.

Servicing is due every 12months/10000miles which ever occurs soonest and the schedules switches back and forth from intermediate, full, intermediate....

Intermediates are due on the uneven numbers e.g 1yr/10k, 3yr/30k... Full's are due on the evens e.g. 2yr/20k, 4yr/40k....

By age your 2016 car is 5 so an intermediate and mileage is nearer 30k again an intermediate, what was the last service completed ? Intermediate or full as extended warranty would expect you do the next in sequence so if your last service was an intermediate then you would need a full or vice versa.

If you paid for the extended warranty have your next service and gain the Relax cover then contact the extended warranty company and ask for a refund just bare in mind Relax does not include  Breakdown cover so this will have be purchased separately.
