Buying a used Toyota RAV4 D4D 136HP 2006 50 k miles

Hello,

I'm considering buying a used Toyota RAV4 D4D 136HP 2006 50 k miles

I'm buying it for commuting 15 minutes, groceries shopping 15 minutes away, and weekend and holiday travels <1000 miles usually. I'm planning to remove the back seats and do a very simple camping conversion, since I've seen guides online on how to do it for RAV4s. Just for 2 people to sleep on for 2~4 days, so I don't think I want to buy a big van. 

What should I look out for?
