What can I say other than very very poor customer services.

Ordered two front KYB shocks from them. They told me that they would have to be ordered from KYB and be in the next day. I said that I would collect them as I was keen to get them on the car ASAP due to a failed shocker on one side.

The next day I phoned at 10:00am and they said that they would be in by 2:00pm.

I phoned at 2:00pm and they informed me that KYB were out of stock.

I asked when would they be in stock and he said "No idea, thats it then, bye"

I'd waited in all day for those idiots. No calls nothing they waited for me to call and I am still not 100% sure they have not charged my credit card !!

I phoned Fensport who had them in stock, went to collect them and very nice guys they were indeed.

buypartsby, no thanks. Fensport are the guys !!!!
