well it lasted 6 weeks and now its sounding off again.

same as before, press the interior movement sensor button and it doesnt go off

does anyone have a description of the workings of the alarm. 

i have the workshop manual but nothing mentioned about the alarm

Yep a real pain . Seems if you turn the interior sensor off that it also effects the tilt sensor . Anyone know the location of it ?

Maybe you have the problem back from a different cause, like a spider in the car.
