OBD software that can change car configuration

I'm looking for an OBD app/software that can change hidden settings in the car, searching in google give me apps that can only read fault codes and nothing more.
Usually I'm with Fiats, for them you have multiecuscan software that can do anything. couldnt find the same for the aygo/c1/108.

The reason I want it - me, my girlfriend, my mom, my sister all have c1, but only my girlfriend 2015 c1 turn off the lights with the ignition, all the others sounds a loud beep instead. Also hers close the windows when closing the car with the remote and the other c1s dont.. I also want these settings in my 2017 c1 🙂
