Toyota Aygo B pillar water leak

We have a 2014 ,4 door Aygo which has developed a water leak . The  front passenger  seat base and back are very wet . The LH side roof lining above the B pillar has a 25mm wet water mark , so I’m guessing this is the source of the problem . The car is rarely used and is kept on a flat driveway. 
If anyone can throw some help I’d be grateful

The second generation Aygo went on sale part way through 2014. It would be helpful if you can confirm whether yours is a first or second generation Aygo.
