Is Nissan interchangable with Toyota on general common parts; such as the A/C, brakes. radiator. fuel pump ect.?

Unlikely. While many parts may look similar very few will be identical. Even if two manufacturers use the same subcontractor to make parts for them the designs are normally specific for each. You will often find that one manufacturer will try to use the same part on different models, it makes it cheaper for them to develop a new model if they can carry-over parts from previous models.
