Hello everyone ,  when o bought the car 6 months ago the sales guy told me as a sign of courtesy he will change all 4 tyres , is my second car so I am not ashamed to admit that my knowledge about the cars generally speaking it's not very good )) anyway I didn't pay attention at that time , before to buy the car I read some reviews and I was aware of the noise while driving on motarway but still it's beyond my expectations ))  and sometimes I felt the car unstable on wet roads , I checked the tyre's and they are Triangle and i Google it and allot of bad reviews some of them are saying that they are very dangerous , I am planning a  trip to Scotland not in the Highlands but it still Scotland )) and probably Switzerland afterwards , should I change them ASAP ? And if yes any recommendations ? Thanks , hopefully I will be understood , still learning the language ))

Hi,

there is nothing to be ashamed of, we all learn a new things every day. As you described your use of the car your best choice for new tyres will be all season tyres that will give you best comfort low noise and best performance all year around plus these are necessary to travel in Europe this time of the year as from November most of the eu countries required winter tyres or all season tyres with snowflake in mountain peak symbol on them. My recommendation will be Goodyear vector 4 season gen 3 as these are one of the best in class and very good in snow too. Other option is Michelin Cross climate gen 2, also very good tyres. If this your size https://www.blackcircles.com/catalogue/goodyear/vector-4seasons-gen-3/225/45/R17/W/94/f?tyre=40399578

you can look other sites for best prices and discounts, https://www.mytyres.co.uk,. https://www.justtyres.co.uk

Good luck 👍

I have had the Michelin Crossclimate+ and I would say they have been a good choice for me. They claim the grip is still there by the time you get to 1.6mm. If I wasn't changing the car I would be fitting the Crossclimate 2.

For the 27,000 miles in all weathers, they felt shore footed and fairly quiet as well.
