Personal Contract Purchase PCP

Hi. My current account PCP deal finishes in March 2022. I have just ordered the RAV4 PHEV with a delivery date of May 2022. My dealer said I will keep on paying the monthly payments until the new car arrives and everything will balance out between the old contract and the new one, unsure what that means so I may visit again asking for specifics . Has anyone been in a similar position? My main thought is that I have to wait beyond May 2022 and keep paying on my old car. Any advice appreciated, thank you.

I would check with the finance company. I also hope you are getting a trade-in reflective of the market and not the no doubt low value quoted on your current finance agreement.

Yes thanks, I think I will get more info from the finance dept. My Guaranteed Future Vale was £23k and the dealer said it’s now £32k so hopefully it will remain a similar amount in six months time.
