an issue with the payment when I was trying to buy an update

Good morning. I'm looking for help with the above. I did try to buy an update for my satnav today. I did try to use PayPal - I had a message from the website : payment failed. So, I did try to use my card, and again a different message : something went wrong with estore, couple of minutes later when I did try again the same message appear. A few minutes ago I did check my bank account...sh.. I spoke with Halifax already, they told me to get in touch with Toyota. I spoke with a local branch from MK, spare parts department is busy... any one knows how I can get my money back? also, I cannot see a link which will allow me to download an update...

Toyota Owners Club is not associated with Toyota, so you need to get in touch with Toyota Customer Services. If you are in the UK, have a look at:

If you are not in the UK, you need to contact your Toyota importer (eg www.toyota.de )

Thanks, I thought that someone had an issue like this one. I'm from UK, but my laptop is connected to the VPN in Germany (IT systems, etc)

Best thing would be to call Toyota UK customer service on 0344 701 6202. I doubt a local dealer will be able to help as the Toyota website is nothing to do with them.

Thanks a lot. I spoke with Toyota HQ, they can see that something went wrong. Again, thank you so much.

Had similar a couple years ago as I somehow managed to buy the map care eight times over...it took a couple of weeks to finally get it sorted but Toyota Customer Services were very good at sorting it out and getting the refunds to me.
