Clicking/Ticking noise and dashboard lights off

Hello everyone, 

It started making that noise from the video, doesn’t matter if the engine is on or off. Then the dashboard lights started to flicker. 
is there someone who has experienced this or know where to look and what to try.

You have posted in this in the Auris section but your profile and the thread say Avensis. Tbh 100Mb downloads are not very appealing which could be why no one has replied 🙂

I can't open the videos on this laptop, but i would check for  moisture inside the fuse box.

I'd start with the one in the engine bay, take the cover off, have a good look, check the cover for condensation.
