Avensis T4 Auto 2004 hatchback Interior fusebox location

Hi,

I am looking for Fuse 56, the Dome Light, courtesy lights etc. According to the handbook it is behind a click off panel by the steering wheel. The only thing behind my panel is the on board diagnostic socket. There is a fuse box, not Fuse 56, on the passenger side but no mention of Dome light etc functions. I have had a flood of water from a the one year old windscreen which has caused the hazard lights to go continually, sometimes normal speed, sometimes much faster. Toyota Service and parts department don't know and suggested googleing the problem here. Oh for a circuit diagram of the car electrics but these are non existent!!! Any help would be much appreciated.Thankyou.

I have eventually found fusebox from an earlier post and changed the fuse but problem still exists. Found a circuit diagram from a member vitaminxxl from dec 15 2017 but too small on mobile and cannot find post when on my desktop pc.
