Which Airbags Does The MK2 Have ?

Does the MK2 come with " Side curtain airbags " or just " Side airbags "

On the A pillars it does say SRS curtain Airbag

In which case it will have six airbags - front airbags, side airbags (seat mounted), and curtain airbags (header rail mounted). If it is a T3 or T-Spirit it will also have a knee airbag for the driver's knees.

Is it safe to pull back the top part of the a pillar to make sure the dash cam was fitted correctly? 

Had it done by Halfords a few months back and hoping they wired it behind and not infront of the side curtain airbag

tbh If the accident is bad enough to trigger the side/curtain airbag a dash cam is the least of your problems, if an airbag goes off in an 08 yaris, insurance will write it off

Yeah I just wanted to know if Halfords usually fit the cables behind the airbag, as in the event of the airbag being deployed the cable could get in the way

An airbag will rip the cable in half

Anyone with any sense runs the cable in via the windscreen-side of the A-pillar as that is away from where the airbag deploys

What about cabling for a rear Dashcam that connects to the front one ?
