2013 Yaris Satnav /phone/Bluetooth audio stop working

Hello there

This an odd one (or maybe not) my 2013 Yaris's Satnav, Phone and bluetooth audio has stop working, I mean when i try to select the bluetooth playback from my phone i just get a black screen(on the touch and go system). The satnav button now doesn't do anything apart from beeping when pressed.  I cant select the Phone setting in the Touch and go system setting, the phone button on steering wheel doesn't work either now 😞

Does this Touch and go system have separate unit(black box) for the Phone/Satnav  was think maybe this is now faulty or a fuse blown

Its really just the bluetooth audio I miss. Maybe i have to just buy a Bluetooth speaker in the end.

Just wondering if anyone has an idea... even if its .."well you did buy and French made Toyota what you expect!"
