Empty fuel tank

I need to understand clearly of how to empty fuel tank from a Toyota corolla 1987 sedan. Let me know precisely what this equipment is to ask to pump it out. A picture of such would be helpful. Something new to me to do about this. I was driving into park when all of sudden it started to run erratic like running on 3 cylinders and it just have had a service and was running right all day. I just filled up the tank with fuel. Thee spark plugs were changed to new ngk maybe I should use Bosch. Maybe it's the fuel. So I though I drain the fuel. Add new spark plugs. Check the carby. So this query is, ' how do I drain the fuel out? and what do I use to drain it out other than tring to use a hose . Thank you
