Just thought you all may be interested to know my share of injustice with the local Police!!

Had my car severly vandalised (as mentioned in several other posts lol) but luckily we caught them doing it. And our neighbours caught them as well

Started a police prosecution, and all made statements etc

2 weeks later, (and after fitting a cctv camera) we had the same 2 lads giving threatening behavior.

Video was brilliant. Could make them out clear as a bell.

BUT.............

The Police have said all this is not enough to force a prosecution :censor:

So im left to stump up and pay for all the repairs to me car! Great eh

Sounds about right for our great police force.

Me and a mate were attacked by 12 rival fans at a footie match.

The 2 ringleaders ran off but were spotted by others and then arrested.

They ADMITTED to being the main culprits in a statement. It went to CROWN court where we were told they were looking at 18 months to 5 years.

Just about to go into the courtroom when the police said they had to drop the case because they never held a proper ID parade!.

And the police wonder why us motorists have such ill feelings towards them!

I think you'd probably have to have the police stood next to them watching em do it 2 get a successful prosecution

I think you'll find that the bulk of the problem is with the Justice system over here. It must be very disheartening for the police to see these scum go unpunished time and time again due to technicalities and loopholes.

The police are there to serve the public, but we'll never get fairness in the system as long as lawyers and CPS are there to block justice at every turn.

I sleep with a baseball abt at the side of my bed.......... a policeman once told me 'Just plead self-defence', as long as u dont kill him/her, then ur pretty much ok.

A good smack on the ankles/knee and two to the ribs should help.
