Rear control arms

My 2003 rav4 has developed a lovely squeaking coming from the rear & I’m guessing it’s the trailing control arms. 
Due to the age & mileage of the old girl I’m thinking it’s worth changing both upper, lower arms & both drop links. 
Anyone got experience in doing this job & if so any hints or tips at making it a as smooth & painless as possible job.

the only problem can be if the parts are seized which was in my case when aligning the rear suspension. So be prepared for the shock.
