Hi from Italy.

Hi all and a happy new year to everyone. Joined a few months ago when I ordered a Yaris Cross for my mum (29th Sep/ obviously still awaiting news…).

Completely new to the brand coming off many years of Mini ownership that included mostly feelings of joy with the product, notwithstanding the indifference of the dealers towards us once the product was handed over.

That and the lack of imagination where the product is concerned are the main reasons I’ve moved mum onto Toyota.

She went in for a Yaris, came out with a Cross. Fingers crossed I’ve made the right decision for her.

Temporarily in Italy, is it ? There's at least one full time TOC member in Italy. For those of us that are not UK residents, we can't be more precise than "other".
