My T service

Hi I recently  purchased 2019 plate corolla tech icon, I have downloaded the my t app and registered my details from car, but when ever I try to connect car to app section on screen  display or try to connect  to Toyota online from car when connected to WiFi, it never connects, message says unable to establish conection with Toyota online, so unable to put apps in car, or get much  use from my t app, no connected services.

Am I missing something obvious.

Hi, yes I did manage  that after several  attempts.

I think the Toyota dealership have to update the Toyota website too. I presume it was registered to another MyT user before.

Just thinking.... 2019 Corolla didn't have Android Auto. What apps are you trying to access?

The whole MyT process can be a bit of a pain initially. It took me several weeks to get it talking to the car and it was a salesman who fixed it, not someone from the service department.
