MyT connected services issue

Hi all,

Yesterday i have received my new hybrid sedan. 

I have added the vin number at the app and it found it. I can see where it is (find my car) but in order to see the rest services like the journeys i have done it needs to complete the registration of the connected services. 

Here it is the problem. I started the procedure, but it stuck at the point that says start the car and please wait.

The first time i noticed that the tractio control and another option was set off and on for a while and then nothing. From this moment i have not managed to finish the process no matter how many times i tried. I have tried different hours in the day.

Has/had anyone experienced the same issue?

apparently the ecall module may need resetting

I have just completed the process. I had to drive a few more distance. I have done 120+km and when i tried it then i completed the registration.
