Hi, I would like to add either/both bluetooth or aux to the stock avensis 2008 radio (http://www.carstereowiki.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/2-300x261.png). Sorry its not a great picture but it is the same type as this. More info about the radio is the screen tilts to show the cd and dvd drives. Also it has sat nav built in, if thats important.

Thanks

Yes, most Toyota standard basic stereos should have a CD changer port, to which adapters can be added. I am currently using Wefatech WF-606 I got as an upgrade on my previous units. Unfortunately the price has gone up since 2019. Most of the adapters are sold by seller to work with T25 Avensis, but work perfectly with the T27 like mine.
Here are my posts on the subject.
