Rav4 How to re-boot sat nav

Hi

i've got a white screen where my sat nav used to be. I have lights on the left showing ie car, sat nav, etc but nothing working. No Radio either. How can I re-boot please?

Hi Jane, have you tried holding the off button for 10 seconds  ?

many apologies. I just clean forgot I'd put this on here!!!!!

The sat nav just came back on it's own quite some time later..............just out of the blue...........it's still rubbish though!!!

I did take it back to a dealer once and he pressed a button or two perhaps that's what he did.

I'm now having trouble with the parking sensors flashing all the time?
