Retro fit Bluetooth for mk3??

Hello Everyone, sort of newbie here (few Toyotas over the year, but this is my first Rav4) 

I've bought a 2007 XT4 off my elderly neighbour who can't drive it now and I've had a result. 

One owner, full Toyota history and 41,000 miles, it's in really great condition. So far so good. 

I've only had it a few days but one thing I'd like is some retro fit bluetooth. I had a device on an old Auris which went into the back of CD player with microphone and worked through the steering wheel and worked well but I can't find anything on eBay this time. 

Anyone point me in the right direction?
