Advice needed

Hi there,

I have never had any issues with my Auris but ever since Toyota replaced the petrol suction plate on the 21st of dec 2021 there has been ignition issues. The car chokes up before starting and Toyota are denying that it's any fault from their part. My car had it's  mot passed 2days prior. I have never had any issues with it but all of a sudden after the suction plate has been replaced Im getting this issue.

Any advice as to what i can do about this? 

My local Toyota garage is unhelpful to say the least. Its been 4weeks of going back &forth trying to communicate but I'm  not getting anywhere.
