Yaris horn problem solved

After trying damn near everything from wiring, cleaning all earths, checking relays, and numerous other things.  It all came down to the Battery.  I* replaced the Battery with a brand new one not that long ago and it seems not to hold sufficient charge.  Now fitted another brand new Bosch Battery and problem have gone away.  Fingers crossed.

Who would have thought it?

Thanks to all for their great help with this.  You are indeed a great bunch.  I just hope this will help others with similar problems.

Thanks for the update, borderline voltages can do strange things to electronics - was another thread think it was an aygo with the same issue

It may be new, but doesn't mean it works, Bosch, Varta or Yuasa are my go too's - A Bosch i had on one car i sold is still going strong after 11 years
