Anybody have any knowledge of toad alarm mine won’t reset after disconnecting the battery

After disconnecting batteries on Toyota hiace van the toad alarm is dead nothing at all working does anybody have any info any known procedures to reset that I can try I don’t have a PIN number

Have you made sure you didn't miss a wire on the battery(s), are the batteries fully charged ? The cold weather may have killed one or both
