Alright lads, thought about upgrading coilpacks in my T Sport and was wondering if ones of out of 2jz would be compatible? And if not then what are the best options out there?

No point really - if they are the oem Denso items, upgrade to the later Bosch coils

If it isn't broke, don't fix it

unless you're heavily tuned or running forced induction, there is zero benefit - giving the car a full service is the better investment
